This mix of dried, crushed spices is a base for many dishes cooked in Sudan.  A large amount can be prepared and kept throughout the year. 

60g Black pepper

18g Allspice 

12g Cinnamon

12g Cardamom 

12g Nutmeg

10g Rosebuds
